Operation
Filling machine turntable constantly feed duly Stoppard vials to the flat conveyor belt of sealing machine and pass ahead in feed worm for right spacing and shifted to the feed star wheel. The vibratory bowl contains the aluminium caps that automatically move in proper direction before entering the delivery chute. Aluminium seal is picked up by vial and correctly positioned on it, while it’s rotating within feed star wheel. After the sealing, vial moves on sealing platform that is spring loaded. Sealed vials are now ready to exit from star wheel pocket and moves out on the flat conveyor belt.
