DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM INFEED CONVEYOR & SEALING AND FILM FEEDING SECTION:

  1. Hot Knife sealing bar 1100mm (Product width 1060mm)
  2. Motorized Coil holders.
  3. Automatic film recoiling system. (Super sensitive balancing/rockers). (Problems with roll ends are eliminated).
  4. Each coil holder shall consist of 1 coil of 550, 2nd coil of 850.
  5. Max package HEIGHT 330 mm. With 2 positions, one at Maximum and the other at the height of the photocells.
  6. Protection system that stops the MINIPACK shrink wrapping machine when the side protector screens are open. Strong magnetic position holders for Side screens.

Another option to wrap your product is the LDPE BAG system, which is close from three sides and opens from one side kept open to insert the object.
In this case, operator has to insert the product from the open side manually. Afterwards, the product should pass through the tunnel, as it is to get the product (carton) shrink wrapped from three sides.
ORIn the same case, operator has to insert the product from open side and must get seal from the forth side by using any I – Bar sealer machine. Now the product is completely packed of all the side and ready to pass from the tunnel, So that the product is shrink-wrapped from all the sides.
In above case, you have to go for only one I- Bar sealer and shrink Tunnel unit.
1 In case of Sleeve Wrapper, the film wastage will be much more as the film will get seal from all side with the help of hot knife and width wise it will require 2” extra on both the side to get seal.
