Description
The Automatic Wad fixing machine / Wad Assembling Machine / Wed inserting Machine is accurately built with sturdy welded steel frame that is completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet. The servicing of machine is facilitated with the doors. Also we offer Single Wadding Machine, Double Wadding Machine, Four Head Wadding Machine, Wad fixing machine, Wad Assembling Machine, Induction Wad Cap Lining Machine and Cap Wad Inserting fixing Machine / Aluminum Foil Inserting Machine, Wadding Machine.
Operation
The feed caps in vibrating bowl moving on chute are fed into star wheel, operating on Geneva mechanism. move on third part of induction where one pneumatic actuator put one wad into cap and at last part on induction wad will press by one mechanical operated rod.
