Description
Shampoo mixing tank/mixer is used to mix viscous liquids, slurries and emulsions. The shampoo mixer is widely used in preparation of liquid detergents (shampoo, hand wash, mouthwash, liquid soap etc). With integration, blending, dispersing, heating, cooling etc.
Configuration
- Material :316L stainless steel.
- Capacity :Solution volume range from 100-10000Ltr.
- It can heat up the water to 80-90 degrees by Electric steam boiler.
- Add one centrifugal pump, to homogenize the material in re-circulation transfering,and make the cleaning more easier.
- Heating method:Steam heating.
- Install one 5 micron filter between the blending tank and storage tank.
- Add the weighing load cell ,Unit in “kg” with 2 decimals.
