Description
The Automatic Cap Lining machine / Cap Closer Lining machine – Wed inserting Machine is built on sturdy welded steel frame with high precision for completely enclosed stainless steel sheet. The servicing of machine is facilitated with the doors.
Operation
The feed caps in vibrating bowl moving on chute are fed into star wheel, operating on Geneva mechanism. At second part of induction one plunger will apply drop of glue inside the cap after applying glue cap will further move on third part of induction where one pneumatic actuator put one wad into cap and at last part on induction wad will press by one mechanical operated rod.
